So delicious!! Beef in the slow cooker. This sounded really good. It made the whole house smell delicious. The cut of beef I used was a bit bigger than the recipe called for so I think if I added more onions and apples it would have been even better. Pretty easy and very warm, filling and hearty.
I think I'm going to try to make some pumpernickel bread this week. I have to find some ingredients so as long as I can find them I'll give it a try. I might also make a braided bread that a friend sent me the recipe for. We just finished up the two loaves of honey wheat bread I made last week and they stayed fresh a really long time which I'm pleasantly surprised about.
