Oh my! So good. Another super simple meal, but delicious. The smell while cutting the cilantro made me think of Chipotle; Made me realize how long it has been since I've been to Chipotle. I think the last time was during softball season last year. I love that place!!! I wish you could order a mini size burrito. I think I'd visit it more often if you could. Anyway, the fajitas came out great.
The update on the bread is that it is still pretty fresh. Nicholas and I had sandwiches on the bread for lunch. I am impressed. We finished the first loaf and now its on to the second. I think making bread could become a regular thing me for. I really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to trying a variety of other kinds. I've even decided that this year I'm going to attempt to make Italian Easter Bread. I have a few recipes, but the first one I'm going to try is my grandmother's. So Mom (I don't think you even read this blog) hand it over!!!
